Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
• Accurate data entry and problem solving.
• Experience with tax worksheets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and conduct financial analysis.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and legal standards.
• Improve financial processes with the accounting team.
• Coordinate with tax accountants on tax planning.
• Assist with other accounting projects as needed.
