Job summary

International Motors in San Antonio, TX is launching a second night shift (Mon–Thu, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM) with training on the first shift (5:30 AM–4:00 PM) prior to full transition in 2027. The Associate Team Member supports a safe, organized, and continuously improving work environment through EHS compliance, 5S participation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Reads and follows standard work instructions, position standards and SOPs.
• Maintains safe and organized work environment; uses PPE and safety guidelines.
• Reports hazards, performs routine inspections, and escalates issues as needed.
• Supports 5S housekeeping and continuous improvement activities.
• Executes tasks with guidance, adhering to procedures and documentation.
• Performs material handling and basic assembly tasks as required.
