Senior Fulfillment Ops Leader—Network Deployments

Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Senior FC Operations Manager to lead Area Managers and FC Leads across our fulfillment network. You will run day-to-day operations at supported facilities, own P&L during deployments, and build a bench of leaders who can step into site leadership as we expand.

This role requires a strong operations background, willingness to travel, and a track record of developing leaders. You will be positioned to transition to permanent senior leadership at new Spreetail fulfillment

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution; e-commerce preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience leading Area Managers or salaried leaders across multiple functions or shifts.
• Safety-first culture track record; protecting the team is foundational to operational excellence.
• Proven ability to develop and promote entry-level talent with development plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or analytical Business; proficient in Excel, forecasting, scorecards & dashboards, process mapping, SOP documentation.
• Adaptable to lead in new environments and bring calm in crisis.
• Relentless problem-solver who optimizes complex systems.
• Willing to travel at least 25% and relocate for future Spreetail sites.

Responsibilities

• Make Safety non-negotiable at every site you support.
• Own facility performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Understand facility and network P&L and identify costs to improve.
• Travel minimum 25% across the Spreetail network for deployments.
• Plan capacity, space, and hiring to maintain 100% on-time shipping.
• Develop Area Managers and FC Leads with development plans and promotions.
• Partner with People & Culture, Transportation, Vendor Management, and HQ to align operations.
• Prepare for permanent senior operations leadership at a new Spreetail fulfillment center.
