Job summary

Spreetail seeks a Senior FC Operations Manager to lead our Away Team, driving safety, cost, and network-wide performance across fulfillment centers. You will mentor Area Managers and FC Leads, deploy playbooks, and own P&L during deployments, with a clear path to permanent leadership at new sites as Spreetail expands.

Travel at least 25% is expected as you scale operations across the network and open new facilities, while building a bench of leaders ready to step in at a moment's notice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution (e-commerce preferred).
• 5+ years of management experience, including leading Area Managers or other salaried leaders across multiple functions or shifts.
• Safety-first culture track record showing commitment to protecting the team.
• Proven ability to develop and promote entry-level talent with development plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or analytical Business field; proficient in Excel, forecasting, scorecards and dashboards; experienced in process mapping and SOP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own facility safety across all sites you support and drive fixes.
• Run building performance managing Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost across sites.
• Understand facility and network P&L and identify controllable cost savings.
• Travel 25%+ across Spreetail network to deploy and support facilities.
• Develop Area Managers and FC Leads and build leadership bench.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Transportation, Vendor Management, and HQ.
