Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related technical discipline, and/or six or more years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience with commercial or industrial fuel-fired equipment, combustion systems, or fuel infrastructure, preferably involving large-scale installations or major capital projects.
• Strong understanding of fuel-burning equipment and related systems, such as boilers, burners, furnaces, gas turbines, combustion controls, and fuel storage and distribution systems.
• Experience with hydrogen, alternative fuels, or emerging combustion technologies is considered an asset.
• Experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry, particularly field evaluations, field inspections, or conformity assessment is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Market and business development to expand field services across commercial and industrial markets.
• Develop, validate, and expand technical service offerings related to fuel-fired equipment and infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance on equipment design, installation, operation, and safety requirements.
• Research regulatory requirements, safety codes, standards, and emerging technologies in combustion and fuels.
• Coordinate with teams to develop project quotations, timelines, and resource estimates.
