Job summary

BP Americas, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Pricing Lead to develop and execute pricing across TA’s retail, fleet and wholesale fuels businesses. You will partner across pricing, sales, operations, supply, trading, finance, technology, data and analytics to drive profitable volume and margin.

The role requires strong pricing experience, analytical capability and the ability to influence senior leaders while managing governance, dashboards and tools for disciplined performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent commercial experience with strong pricing background.
• Experience developing or executing pricing strategy in a high-volume or margin-sensitive business.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, translating data into actions.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Pricing strategy and guardrails for TA’s retail, fleet and wholesale channels.
• Develop site, market, corridor, customer and segment pricing strategies.
• Lead adoption of pricing tools and ensure pricing execution is simple and effective.
• Establish governance measures across volume, margin and deal performance.
