Nouria Energy Corporation seeks a Fuel Pricing Analyst to lead pricing strategy across 300+ company-operated locations in the Northeast and Southeast. You will translate large data sets into actionable pricing decisions to maximize margin and traffic.

You will work with executive leadership, operations, and field teams to optimize pricing performance, relying on Kalibrate Pricing and advanced analytics to stay competitive and drive store profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fuel pricing experience in the convenience store sector.
• Experience with Kalibrate Pricing Software is required.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale retail pricing operations.
• Advanced analytical capabilities to translate data into strategy.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and pricing metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all retail fuel pricing activities across 300+ locations.
• Manage and optimize day-to-day fuel pricing using Kalibrate and pricing tools.
• Develop market-by-market pricing strategies based on costs, competition, and demand.
• Analyze margin, volume, and traffic trends to maximize site profitability.
• Monitor competitor pricing and regional pricing behavior to identify risks.
• Provide executive-level reporting on market conditions and pricing opportunities.
