Nouria Energy Corporation is a multi-generational fuel distributor and retailer in New England seeking a Fuel Pricing Analyst to lead pricing across 300+ company-operated locations, driving profitable, competitive pricing.

The role requires developing pricing models, analyzing margins, and coordinating with executive leadership, operations, and field teams. Kalibrate Pricing experience and strong data analytics are essential, with travel to markets on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fuel pricing experience in the convenience store sector or equivalent
• Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to translate large data sets into pricing strategies
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, traffic analytics, and retail performance metrics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with cross-functional collaboration across departments

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all retail fuel pricing activities across 300+ locations to ensure competitive, profitable pricing
• Manage day-to-day fuel pricing using Kalibrate Pricing and pricing tools
• Develop market-by-market pricing strategies based on costs, competitor moves, traffic, elasticity, and weather events
• Analyze margin performance, volume trends, and customer retention to maximize site profitability
• Provide executive-level reporting on market conditions, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities
• Oversee data infrastructure and pricing systems quality and improvements
• Travel quarterly to evaluate competitive positioning and pricing execution
