HTP Energy is seeking a Commodity Pricing Analyst to develop and optimize fuel pricing strategies across a network of pipelines and terminal locations.

The role analyzes market trends, fuel costs, and margin performance to establish prices, collaborates with operations, supply, scheduling, and marketing teams, and generates regular pricing performance reports. The position is remote initially with plans to establish a Denver office as growth continues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or a related analytic-based field.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems or business intelligence tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Execute pricing strategies that balance volume growth, market share, and profit objectives.
• Monitor daily wholesale fuel markets, rack pricing, and industry trends.
• Analyze competitor pricing and market conditions.
