Job summary

Topco Associates LLC seeks a Senior Fuel Specialist to oversee daily refined products and ethanol inventories and to forecast supply needs for the Topco Fuel network. The role coordinates pipeline movements and produces cost and margin reporting to support business decisions.

Responsibilities include SAP back-office support, supplier and terminal coordination, and reporting accuracy. A bachelor’s degree is required with 1–3 years of data analysis experience; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of data analysis experience.
• Strong communication and ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily refined products and ethanol inventory positions across the Topco Fuel network.
• Forecast inventory requirements to ensure uninterrupted supply and minimize excess inventory.
• Schedule pipeline movements and ethanol shipments to support member demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reporting.
• Assist in fuel cost, margin, and operational reporting.
