Job summary

Seaboard Energy is seeking a Finished Fuel Logistics Specialist to execute finished fuel movements, balance inventory across terminals, and coordinate customer shipment schedules. You will act as the primary operations contact among customers, carriers, terminals, and production facilities to ensure safe, on-time delivery and cost-efficient transportation.

The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, experience in transportation/logistics, and proficiency with ERP and TMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, rail operations, or trucking preferred.
• Experience using ERP or transportation management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute finished fuel movements to customers, terminals and third-party facilities.
• Develop and maintain shipment schedules that support business objectives.
• Coordinate terminal replenishment requirements and product allocations to meet forecasted demand.
• Monitor shipment execution and address delays or issues.
• Coordinate railcar activity and routing with rail logistics team.
• Maintain shipment, contract, and transportation data in ERP/TMS and other systems.
• Manage distribution of BOLs, COAs, and verify transportation invoices.
• Act as primary operational contact for transportation execution issues and customer delivery schedules.
• Support carrier performance initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop KPIs and reporting related to inventory management and transportation execution.
