Ports Petroleum Company, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Fuel Sourcing Specialist to manage the procurement and sourcing of fuel supplies across designated terminals and supplier networks.

Responsibilities

• Collect and monitor daily fuel pricing from designated terminals, suppliers, and wholesalers
• Source fuel loads that align with company pricing, volume, and delivery requirements
• Evaluate supplier offers and market conditions to identify the most cost-effective purchasing opportunities
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely fuel deliveries based on supply pull points
• Track market trends, rack pricing, and supply availability across assigned regions
• Maintain accurate records of pricing, purchases, contracts, and supplier communications
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with forecasting fuel demand
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
