AES US Renewables & Power is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead fuel-cell and gas-fueled distributed generation projects from site validation through turnover.

You will direct cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and safety, and represent the owner in dealings with EPCs, OEMs, utilities, and regulators. This role requires 10+ years in related projects and strong contracts and risk management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in distributed generation or fuel cell projects.
• Strong knowledge of schedules, budgets, risk, quality, and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or manage execution of fuel-cell or distributed generation modules and related works.
• Develop and maintain the project execution plan and schedule.
• Define scopes of work and support RFP development, bidder evaluation, and contract award.
• Act as Owner’s representative with EPC contractors, OEMs, utilities, and customers.
• Coordinate Development, Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, Finance, Legal, Environmental, Permitting, and Safety teams.
• Oversee design reviews, constructability, value engineering, and issue resolution.
• Travel to project, supplier, and partner locations as required.
