Job summary

Parloa is looking for a frontend engineer to build and ship the agent management platform UI using a modern microfrontend architecture, shared design system, and Server-Driven UI library. You will own the technical design and deliver complex features, turning ambiguity into clear execution plans.

You will ship in small, high-quality increments, work full-stack when needed, and apply modern AI tooling to accelerate development while ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship the agent management platform UI using microfrontend architecture and shared design system.
• Own the technical design and delivery of complex features or services within your team.
• Ship in small, high-quality increments, balancing speed with scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Work full-stack when needed (TypeScript/React plus adjacent services) to deliver features end-to-end.
• Leverage modern AI tooling to accelerate implementation, reviews, and documentation while validating outputs.
• Define SLIs, instrument your work, and monitor for system reliability and impact.
• Maintain strong engineering discipline: CI/CD, tests, safe rollouts, fast rollbacks.
• Respond to production issues with urgency and curiosity and contribute to blameless postmortems and systemic improvements.
• Raise the bar through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring; contribute fixes upstream to shared packages.
