Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js; NestJS experience preferred.
• Experience building scalable microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to work across teams.
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure and scalable backend services.
• Optimize system performance for low latency and high throughput.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate ML components into production systems.
• Lead technical initiatives with a 3-9 month horizon.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational excellence.
• Contribute to evolution of architecture and engineering culture.
