Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of impact.
• Strong frontend expertise in TypeScript and React.
• Experience building reusable frontend systems, components, tools, or infrastructure.
• Care for user experience, accessibility, performance and maintainability.
• Comfort working in a large frontend codebase with many stakeholders.
• Clear communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build foundational frontend systems, components, tools, and patterns.
• Lead large projects end-to-end from design to rollout and operational follow-through.
• Improve developer experience in a large TS/React codebase with better tooling and docs.
• Build polished, accessible customer-facing experiences aligned with product standards.
• Partner with product, design and infrastructure teams to solve frontend problems.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and guidance.
• Contribute to ongoing work like editors frameworks, navigation routing, and design system extensions.
