4+ years of frontend development with React and TypeScript.
Experience building or maintaining a design system or shared component library.
Strong command of modern frontend tooling: build systems, CI/CD, and testing.
High agency with clarity in ambiguous spaces and ownership mindset.
Principles-based thinking focused on outcomes and leverage for teams.
Hands-on experience at the intersection of AI and software development.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the components, patterns, and foundations (tokens, type, color, layout) with accessibility and pixel-level craft.
Collaborate with design partners to bring new patterns from concept to production.
Lead projects shipping new UI patterns to solve real pain points for product teams.
Develop a design system ready for AI and for people, enabling leveraged outcomes.
Invest in the design system's prototyping experience and rapid iteration.
Raise craft and AI fluency through mentorship and best practices.
