Job summary

Braze, the leading customer engagement platform, is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the FIX team in a hybrid United States role. You will design and build foundational frontend systems with TypeScript and React, shaping the developer experience and product interfaces.

You will mentor peers, lead cross‑functional projects from design through rollout, and help extend the design system, accessibility, and internationalization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript/React and reusable frontend systems.
• Experience with design systems or component libraries.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with accessibility, internationalization, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build foundational frontend systems and components.
• Lead large frontend projects end-to-end, from design to rollout.
• Improve developer experience in a large TS/React codebase.
• Build polished, accessible, performant user interfaces, aligned with product standards.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pairing.
• Collaborate with product, design, and infra teams to solve frontend challenges.
