Interos.ai is hiring a Senior Manager, Frontend Engineering to lead the frontend team behind our Resilience and iQ platforms, shaping how Fortune 1000 companies see supply chain risk before it becomes a headline.

You will own the technical direction, mentor engineers, and partner with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver fast, accessible UI experiences in a remote-first environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of frontend experience
• 5+ years of managing a team
• Experience architecting frontend systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling
• Experience building SaaS products
• Strong communication across product design and backend teams

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and architecture for frontend systems, ensuring scalability
• Lead, hire, and mentor frontend engineers
• Translate roadmap priorities into frontend delivery plans
• Drive performance, accessibility, and code quality across the platform
• Establish engineering standards, code reviews, and testing strategies
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend leadership to deliver value
