Job summary

interos.ai is hiring a Senior Manager, Frontend Engineering to lead the team behind the Resilience and iQ interfaces. You will own the technical direction for React/TypeScript engineers, balancing hands-on coding with people leadership to ship high‑quality frontend experiences for enterprise clients.

You will partner with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to deliver fast, accessible, and scalable frontend solutions that power risk intelligence across complex organizations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping production web applications.
• Experience managing frontend engineers including hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Experience with React and TypeScript in production, plus HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.
• Experience architecting frontend systems that scale across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and architecture for interos.ai's frontend systems.
• Lead, hire, and develop a team of frontend engineers and set code quality standards.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to translate roadmaps into frontend deliverables.
• Drive architecture decisions on component design, state management, and performance.
• Establish testing strategies using Jest and Cypress and maintain engineering standards.
• Monitor performance and reliability with Datadog and Chrome DevTools.
• Champion accessibility and responsive design across releases.
• Mentor engineers, run sprint planning, retrospectives, and 1:1s.
• Manage capacity and cross-functional dependencies to keep delivery predictable.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on frontend hiring plans.
