Job summary

Infotech is seeking a Sr. frontend Engineer/Team Lead to modernize desktop applications into a fast, accessible web-based experience. You will evolve an established UX foundation, lead modernization standards, and mentor engineers across teams.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver clean, scalable frontend features, implement design systems, and embrace AI-assisted development while driving technical direction and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers, product teams, backend engineers, and designers to shape frontend functionality.
• Design and build frontend features that are clean, scalable, fast, and accessible, while maintaining the shared design system.
• Write maintainable, testable code with focus on usability, security, and reliability.
• Contribute to a unified user experience across products using design system language.
• Participate in full development process and share knowledge across teams.
• Support and modernize existing applications while delivering new features.
• Contribute to technical direction and evaluate new approaches.
• Explore AI-assisted development and integration into workflows.
• Team Lead: provide technical leadership and mentoring.
