Job summary
Concentrix is hiring a Senior Software Developer to join our Web Engineering team in a hybrid role based in Overland Park, KS. You will design and deliver scalable web apps using Svelte/SvelteKit, Sanity CMS, and cloud-native patterns. Collaborate across Product, UX, and Architecture to implement customer-facing features at enterprise scale.
The role emphasizes reusable UI components, API integrations, and modern DevOps practices. Strong Agile experience and mentoring are expected.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of modern JavaScript application development.
- Strong experience with Svelte/SvelteKit, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST/GraphQL.
- Hands-on experience with Sanity CMS and headless architectures.
- Experience deploying cloud-native applications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Web accessibility, SEO, and performance focus.
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Jest, or Vitest.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications.
- Build content-driven experiences using Sanity CMS and headless patterns.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Architecture teams.
- Develop reusable UI components and design system integrations.
- Integrate with APIs and microservices, ensure security and performance.
- Contribute to code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Support production deployments and continuous improvement.
