Senior Software Developer - United States | Hybrid - Overland park, KS
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our Web Engineering team supporting a strategic digital modernization initiative focused on enhancing customer-facing digital experiences. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using modern front-end technologies, headless CMS solutions, and cloud-native development practices.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Svelte/SvelteKit, Sanity CMS, modern JavaScript frameworks, API integrations, and Agile software delivery. You will work closely with architects, product owners, UX teams, and platform engineers to deliver high-performance customer-facing experiences at enterprise scale.
The base salary for this position is $92,250 – $125,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
