• 4+ years of experience developing and architecting web apps with declarative UI frameworks (React or Vue).
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Defined a technical plan for delivering a significant feature or system component with an elegant, simple design.
• Experience making significant changes in a large code base with safe tooling and practices.
• Demonstrated ownership of personal growth, seeking feedback from team, manager and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication for collaboration with a global engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team and lead engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design and analytics to ideate and decide with trade-offs.
• Proactively identify and solve project, process, technology, or business issues.
• Support operations and availability of team artifacts by monitoring metrics and on-call work.
• Set and improve code review and design standards and advocate them beyond the team.
