Job summary

Cloudbeds is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to build the guest-facing booking experience in React and TypeScript, collaborating across product, design, and backend to ship fast, polished features that convert.

You will influence the full booking journey, apply e-commerce best practices, and help create AI-ready experiences for direct bookings, with a remote-first culture and a strong global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web application development
• Strong command of HTML and CSS
• Experience with API-driven design and development
• Good product sense and empathy for customers
• Solid Git fundamentals and workflows
• Knowledge of testing and test automation across unit/integration/end-to-end
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and collaboration with ownership
• Passion for agile practices and continuous improvement
• Business-level English fluency

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve the guest-facing booking experience in React and TypeScript
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend to plan, build, and ship features
• Improve performance and conversion through profiling and experimentation
• Lead discussions with frontend architecture group and stakeholders
• Mentor teammates through pair programming and code reviews
• Write clean, well-documented, tested code with accessibility in mind
