Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to evolve the guest-facing booking experience in a modern React/TypeScript stack. You’ll collaborate across product, design, and backend teams to ship fast, polished features that convert across a global property base.

You’ll shape performance, accessibility, and AI-ready enhancements while mentoring teammates and driving frontend architecture discussions. This remote, globally distributed team values ownership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web application development experience.
• Strong command of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with API-driven design and development.
• Solid Git fundamentals, including workflows and actions.
• Strong testing practices and test automation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Business-level English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve the guest-facing booking experience in React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend to plan, build, and ship features.
• Improve performance and conversion through profiling and experimentation.
• Lead discussions with frontend architecture group and stakeholders.
• Mentor teammates through pair programming and code reviews.
• Write clean, well-documented, thoroughly tested code and champion accessibility.
