Silpa Companies, LLC is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to join client engagements that center on production React applications at non-trivial scale. You will embed with client engineering teams, ship features end-to-end, lead component design reviews, and own accessibility, performance, and testability.

This senior IC role expects you to raise the bar for the engagement team, mentor mid-level engineers, and advocate for robust frontend standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
• 4+ years of React experience.
• Hands-on accessibility experience including WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Experience shipping production React applications at non-trivial scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production React applications using TypeScript.
• Lead component-design reviews and own frontend ADRs.
• Build accessible UI to WCAG 2.1 AA and partner with QA on accessibility testing.
• Build performance practices including Core Web Vitals targets and regression prevention.
• Build testing practices across unit, integration, and end-to-end (Playwright, Cypress).
• Partner with backend on API contracts and frontend-backend integration patterns.
• Lead code review and uphold frontend standards; mentor junior engineers.
