• Mentor junior engineers and operate as a senior technical voice on a mixed-level team.
• Generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end frontend development for core crypto money movement experiences across web and mobile.
• Drive improvements in CUJ latency, availability, and SLOs for payment flows.
• Build user-facing features like contact management and real-time status trackers.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to scope and ship projects reducing CX contact rates.
• Identify and fix frontend performance bottlenecks to reduce end-to-end latency for millions of users.
