Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with React and React Native.
• Proven track record shipping consumer-facing products end-to-end in a high-scale environment.
• Experience owning SLOs and driving improvements in latency and availability for user-facing flows.
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as a senior technical voice on a team of mixed levels.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end frontend development for core crypto money movement experiences across web and mobile.
• Drive improvements in CUJ latency, availability, and SLOs for payment flows.
• Build new user-facing features like contact management and real-time status trackers.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend to scope, prioritize, and ship projects reducing CX friction.
• Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks across payment flows.
