You will collaborate with product, design, and backend teams, participate in code reviews, and drive CI/CD, testing, and accessibility improvements. This hybrid role requires 5+ years of experience and a 4-year degree.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong domain knowledge of Target’s technology capabilities.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, with deep knowledge of browser behavior and accessibility.
• Architect scalable frontend solutions using modern patterns and reusable components.
• Translate requirements into intuitive user experiences and accessible interfaces.
• Integrate frontend apps with REST services and diverse data models.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership of frontend services.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend teams to influence technical direction.
