RVO Health is seeking a Software Engineer to join a Healthgrades development team in Minneapolis, MN, hybrid work model. You will design, build, and ship features on our widget platform and content systems, collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of software development with emphasis on large-scale web apps.
• Full stack experience across front-end and back-end.
• 1+ year hands-on React experience and strong JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience with REST and/or GraphQL APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features across our widget platform and content systems from requirements to production.
• Partner with Product Manager and engineers to scope work, estimate effort, and plan sprints.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Help modernize legacy code toward a React/TypeScript stack.
• Debug and resolve issues across the stack and support production systems (on-call).
• Collaborate with QA to improve automated test coverage.
• Use AI tools to speed up development work.
• Contribute to a healthy team culture with clear communication and shared ownership.
