Qualifications

• 5+ years of production frontend engineering with React and TypeScript.

• Experience mentoring engineers and leading team rituals (on-call, code review, incident response).
• Uses generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end frontend projects from design through deployment and monitoring for login, signup, OAuth, and identity surfaces.
• Author and review technical design documents, breaking down complex initiatives into executable plans.
• Drive Identity's architecture strategy for authentication surfaces, evaluating trade-offs across latency and user experience.
• Identify and resolve technical debt and code quality issues proactively across the team's codebase.
• Lead team rituals including on-call rotations, code reviews, and incident response, and mentor engineers on frontend craft.
