You will own the user-facing experiences for login, signup, OAuth, account security, and multi-factor authentication that every Coinbase customer touches first. This team builds and maintains the frontend surfaces that establish the right level of assurance for every identity, enabling products to ship faster.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production frontend engineering experience with React and TypeScript.
• Authored and driven technical design documents through cross-functional review.
• Proven ability to improve reliability and developer velocity by reducing debt.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end frontend projects from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Author and review design documents, translating initiatives into executable plans.
• Drive Native vs Webview architecture decisions for authentication surfaces.
• Identify and resolve technical debt proactively across the codebase.
• Lead rituals like on-call, code review, and incident response; mentor engineers.
