• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end frontend projects from design to deployment for login, signup, OAuth and security surfaces.
• Author and review technical design documents for cross-functional alignment.
• Drive architecture strategy for authentication surfaces (Native vs Webview) and latency considerations.
• Identify and resolve technical debt across the team's codebase.
• Lead team rituals including on-call, code review, and incident response, mentoring engineers.
