Job summary

Wyetech, LLC in San Antonio is seeking a motivated Frontend Developer to build intuitive applications for our federal government customers, working in a hybrid environment with a strong engineering team. You will collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and data scientists on Data Lake/Warehouse projects, participate in code reviews, and write unit tests while supporting DoD-related initiatives.

US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of front-end development experience with a BS degree in CS or related field.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Experience with Data Lake/Warehouse environments and DoD-related work is a plus.
• Hybrid work model with ~2 days/week in the San Antonio office.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and collaboration with designers and back-end engineers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of web applications.
• JavaScript / CSS / HTML coding and code review.
• Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and data scientists to build holistic user experiences.
• Help define and interact with REST based APIs.
• Troubleshoot customer reported issues in applications and providing support.
• Write unit tests and conduct quality assurance testing.
• Other duties as assigned.
