Affirm is a remote-first company delivering payment over time with reliability and transparency. As a Frontend engineer, you will own quarterly goals for your team and drive high-availability web interfaces used by customers nationwide.

You will work with React or Vue, write high-quality JavaScript/TypeScript, collaborate with product design and analytics, and help raise the bar on code quality, design standards, and team growth across a global engineering group.

Competenze

• 4+ years building web apps with declarative UI frameworks.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web tooling.
• Experience defining technical plans for major features with clean design.
• Able to make significant changes safely in large code bases.
• Proactive about feedback, growth, and collaboration.

• Own quarterly goals and guide engineers through ambiguity to delivery.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics across the lifecycle.
• Identify and lead resolution of project, process, or technology issues.
