• Ability to work across product, design and analytics.
• Strong in code reviews and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team, guiding engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product management, design and analytics throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and lead resolution of project, process, technology or business issues.
• Support operations and availability of team artifacts with metrics and on-call efforts.
• Foster a culture of quality and ownership through code reviews and design standards.
• Develop talent by providing feedback and leading by example.
• Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
