Affirm seeks a Senior Frontend Engineer for Auth Experiences. This remote-first role focuses on building high-availability, low-latency frontend systems used in authentication journeys.

You’ll own quarterly goals, collaborate across product, design and analytics, and drive quality and ownership on the team. You have 4+ years crafting web apps with React or Vue, are proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, and excel at planning, coding, and communicating with a global engineering team.

Qualifications

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team.
• Collaborate with product, design and analytics across the lifecycle.
• Identify and solve project, process, technology, or business issues.
• Monitor metrics and support on-call efforts for the team's artifacts.
• Set and raise code review and design standards.
• Develop teammates through feedback and guidance and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team, leading engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product management, design & analytics throughout ideation and decisions.
• Proactively identify and solve project, process, technology or business issues.
• Support operations and availability of team artifacts and on-call efforts.
• Foster quality and ownership by setting code review and design standards.
• Help develop talent by providing feedback and guidance.
