Job summary

Flow Engineering is hiring a senior frontend software engineer to own core user experiences in Flow and bring AI-powered workflows into a clean, intuitive UI. You will work closely with design, product, infra, and AI engineers to make complex systems engineering concepts feel simple and fast.

You will help define how “agentic systems engineers” interact with Flow, from requirements views to reviews, simulations, and AI assistance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building rich, data-heavy web applications.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript, including component design and state management.
• A product mindset: focus on user journeys, edge cases and clarity.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with design and product teams and iterating.
• Willingness to occasionally work across the stack to ship features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own major user-facing surfaces in Flow v3, including interactive requirements views and collaboration flows.
• Implement high-quality, accessible UI using a modern frontend framework and component system.
• Integrate AI features into the product in interpretable, helpful ways for engineers.
• Partner with design and product to iterate on interaction patterns, prototypes, and workflows.
• Help shape frontend architecture, design systems, and performance as the app scales.
