Job summary

Flow Engineering is seeking staff software engineers to build AI-powered capabilities that help teams author, review, and manage requirements. You will work on agentic systems engineer and agentic domain engineer workflows, bringing AI into how teams reason about their systems.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, product, and full-stack engineering; you will take ideas from prototype to stable, observable features in production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of production software experience in cloud environments.
• Hands-on with modern LLM providers and tooling.
• Familiar with prompt design and retrieval-augmented systems.
• Ability to trade off models, architectures, deployment patterns.
• Comfortable in high-ownership, fast-paced teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI-powered features for requirements drafting and analysis.
• Build agentic workflows to explore designs and validate requirements.
• Evaluate and integrate language models for reliability and cost.
• Develop data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, observability, safety.
• Work across stack from APIs to simple UI hooks.
• Collaborate with product and customers to iterate on workflows.
