Job summary

Flow Engineering is hiring a staff frontend software engineer to own core user experiences in Flow and bring AI-powered workflows into a clean, intuitive UI. You will work with design, product, infra, and AI engineers to make complex engineering concepts feel simple and fast.

You will help define how engineers interact with Flow—from requirements views to reviews, simulations, and AI assistance, while shaping architecture and performance as the user base grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building rich, data-heavy web applications with a modern frontend framework.
• Strong experience with React (or similar) and TypeScript, including component design, state management, and testing.
• A product mindset: user journeys, edge cases, and clarity beyond individual screens.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with design and product, and iterating on feedback.
• Willingness to work across the stack to ship features end-to-end.

About the role

You will help define how “agentic systems engineers” and domain experts interact with Flow, from requirements views to reviews, simulations, and AI assistance.

What you’ll do

• Own major user‑facing surfaces in Flow v3, including interactive requirements views, collaboration and review flows, and AI‑assisted workflows.

• Implement high‑quality, accessible UI using a modern frontend framework and component system.

• Integrate AI features into the product in ways that feel natural, interpretable, and helpful to engineers.

• Partner with design and product to iterate quickly on interaction patterns, prototypes, and new workflows.

About you
