Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry experience
• Experience architecting frontend systems with end-to-end ownership
• Fluency in HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
• Strong focus on accessibility and performance optimization
• Experience building UI for AI-driven features (classical ML and Generative AI)
• Proficiency in one or more backend server languages (Java/Kotlin)

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering teams to translate product strategy into frontend features
• Lead full development cycle: design, development, test automation, experimentation, analysis and launch
• Build efficient, reusable frontend components with high quality and performance
• Design and implement server-side APIs to support frontend requirements
• Collaborate with ML/Gen AI engineers to improve Community Support systems
• Provide input on technical direction through engineering discussions
