Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the Agent Core Products team in Community Support Engineering. You will design frontend architectures and build reusable components that empower support agents and improve guest and host experiences.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ship end-to-end features in JavaScript/TypeScript using React and GraphQL, ensuring accessibility and performance.

Qualifications

• Six plus years of experience building production interfaces with end-to-end ownership across multiple squads.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Frontend systems designed for scalability, balancing architecture and delivery speed for critical workflows.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern libraries such as React; familiar with GraphQL.

• Experience building AI-driven UI features; understanding ML and generative models.

Requirements
