Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer for the Reach team, based in Lithuania. You will shape an AI-powered email marketing product, building features end-to-end across campaigns, segmentation, automation and embeddable widgets for integration with Hostinger Website Builder, WordPress and Horizons.

You will collaborate with designers, backend engineers and product managers in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, owning complex frontend features and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Senior-level TypeScript experience; strong Vue.js or React with willingness to learn Vue
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture and component design
• Experience with unit tests (Vitest) and E2E tests (Playwright)
• Hands-on with A/B experiments and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features in Reach app: campaign flows, segmentation tooling, automation builders, and AI-assisted email creation
• Maintain and extend embeddable widgets for Website Builder, WordPress and Horizons
• Translate Figma designs into accessible interfaces and define REST API contracts with backend teams
• Run A/B experiments and use results to drive product decisions
• Review code, mentor teammates, and maintain a healthy codebase
• Tackle hard frontend problems and push for better solutions when current ones fall short
