Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to build and scale internal tools that directly support campaign performance and revenue operations. You will work with Next.js, React, and Python to create dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will integrate CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Close) and ad tech platforms, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and efficient lead pipelines across teams.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack skills with React/Next.js and Python.
• Proven experience building and deploying production-level tools.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and automation systems.
• Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Hands-on experience in marketing/ad tech environments (agency or performance marketing).
• Experience implementing or working with Meta Pixel/CAPI including event tracking and attribution.
• Experience building dashboards or reporting systems for marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Internal Tool Development using Next.js, React, and Python.
• Develop marketing dashboards and automation tools to replace manual workflows.
• Integrate and optimize Meta Pixel and CAPI for accurate attribution.
• Build pipelines linking ad platforms to backend systems and dashboards.
• Apply AI to marketing workflows (ad copy, lead scoring, reporting).
• CRM integration and automation across GoHighLevel, Close, HubSpot, or similar.
