Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Web Designer to own the end-to-end experience of our web pages and purchase flows. You’ll shape how visitors discover products, understand offerings, and move from curiosity to conversion, blending storytelling with measurable business impact.

You will work with marketers, PMs, and engineers, using AI to prototype ideas, test hypotheses, and generate scalable variants. A strong portfolio and 3+ years in UI/UX are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Generalist mindset spanning research, interaction design, and visual craft.
• Ability to collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, product designers, developers, QA, etc.
• Daily use of AI tools to speed up exploration, generate variants, and synthesize research.
• Comfort with HTML/CSS basics to prototype in browser and work with engineers.
• Strong communication; able to present decisions and take feedback.
• Familiarity with analytics and testing tools like Amplitude/Hotjar or similar.
• A portfolio showing real process, thinking, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of website and landing page experiences viewed by millions.
• Craft conversion-focused flows that feel clear and trustworthy.
• Collaborate with marketers, PMs, and engineers from concepts to shipped pages.
• Leverage AI to prototype ideas, run tests, and generate variants at scale.
• Monitor performance after launch, run A/B tests, and iterate improvements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand hesitation points.
• Be autonomous, pitch ideas, own processes, and push for brand display improvements.
