Job summary

You will be:

• developing and maintaining solutions within a high-availability infrastructure, focusing on improving customer experience, business performance, architecture and technologies, designing and implementing new projects in collaboration with colleagues and external partners, working with modern technologies within a microservices architecture, contributing to a data-driven and experimental development approach, including A/B testing and insights-driven feature development, mentoring junior and mid-level developers and supporting their technical growth, improving coding standards, development processes, testing practices, tools and team collaboration.

Your profile:

• at least 6+ years of professional experience in software development, experience working on online products with large codebases and a significant user base, experience working with large-scale and distributed systems, strong experience with modern JavaScript (ES2020+), TypeScript and React, including React Hooks and server-side rendering, solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, CSS Modules and responsive design, experience with testing libraries such as Jest and React Testing Library, experience troubleshooting cross-browser compatibility and performance issues, experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js and Express.js, familiarity with modern build and bundling tools such as Webpack, Babel or Vite, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments such as GCP or AWS, experience working in Agile environments and a strong focus on delivering results, practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery, Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

• Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work. Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
