Job summary

Xebia is seeking a seasoned Cloud Architect with strong pre-sales experience to drive technical conversations and design cloud-native, secure solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP. You will collaborate with sales to shape compelling proposals and help win strategic deals.

The role requires extensive experience in solution design, architecture leadership, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across multiple regions. Some travel will be necessary.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in cloud architecture (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Proven experience in pre-sales, bid management, and proposal/RFP/RFI creation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales and bid processes, including solution design, effort estimation and risk assessment.

You will be:

• actively participating in pre-sales and bid processes, including solution design, effort estimation, and risk assessment,
• leading technical offers by orchestrating cross-functional solution teams,
• co-authoring proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs in alignment with client requirements and delivery models,
• collaborating with sales teams and stakeholders to build strong technical narratives and value propositions,
• designing cloud-native and hybrid architectures across Azure, AWS, and GCP,
• defining migration strategies and high-level architectures in cooperation with cloud-specialized architects,
• leading discovery and solution design workshops and translating requirements into actionable architectures,
• ensuring security, compliance, and technical feasibility of proposed solutions throughout the pre-sales cycle

Your profile:

• 12+ years of experience in software development and 5+ years in cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP),
• proven experience in pre-sales, bid management, and proposal or RFP/RFI creation,
• strong understanding of cloud architectures, pricing models, and cost estimation tools,
• solid knowledge of Agile delivery models and aligning them with client expectations,
• experience working with high-security and data-protection requirements,
• familiarity with pre-sales, bid management, and proposal automation tools,
• excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences,
• ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers,
• willingness to travel for client workshops, presentations, and key meetings,
• fluent Polish and English (minimum B2+ level)
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
