Job summary

Xebia Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technology projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

You will direct cross-functional teams of software engineers, analysts, and vendors, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate governance meetings while leveraging tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps to track milestones.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Systems/Technology Management or Computer/Management Information Systems plus five (5) years of experience in related roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technology projects—software implementation, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation—ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.
  • Develop detailed project charters, work plans, and risk mitigation strategies to manage dependencies, technical challenges, and resource allocation.
  • Direct cross-functional teams of software engineers, business analysts, and vendors in design, development, and deployment of enterprise technology solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with technical specs, SLAs, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project governance meetings and technical status reviews with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Implement project management best practices using Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps to track deliverables and KPIs.
  • Serve as primary liaison between IT leadership, end-users, and external partners with progress updates and risk assessments.
  • Lead post-implementation evaluations to assess system performance and inform future initiatives.

Delivery Manager

Duties
  • Lead and oversee end-to-end technology projects—including software implementation, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives—ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.

Education and Experience

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology, Systems/Technology Management or Computer/Management Information Systems plus five (5) years of experience as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Computer Systems/Application Analyst, Project Manager, Delivery Manager or related position. Foreign education equivalent accepted.

Offered Wage

$131,456.00 per year + insurance (medical, dental, and vision), short & long term disability, PTO (flexible time off), 401K and HSA.
