Job summary

Machinify seeks a Senior or Staff Frontend Engineer to join our web application team. You will lead frontend feature work, shape architecture with backend partners, and collaborate with AI coding agents to deliver scalable, high-performance UI experiences for healthcare decision-makers.

You'll influence product direction, mentor peers, and own critical UI components across a broad user base, supported by competitive compensation and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of production-ready frontend development for high-traffic users.
• Strong UI system design and architecture with extensibility in mind.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS/HTML.
• Ability to write a Technical Design Document (TDD) that a staff peer trusts.
• Product- and user-driven mindset linking decisions to outcomes.
• Excellent debugging and root-cause analysis.
• Experience integrating web APIs or microservices with backend developers.
• Familiarity with AI in user flows and agentic engineering practices.

• Advocate agentic engineering practices within daily workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Backend Engineers, UX, and customers.
